  Really nice when buying, Really bad when reporting a fault.. Owner reluctantly came to see why $2200 table with glass top after 2-3 weeks was showing signs of water stains in the glass even thought they told me to use only water.. He used CLR to clean - said it was fixed, drove away only to have it come straight back same day no water used. Quiet rude on the phone and I was under the understanding there was a warranty however said he would sack the person that told me that... They will Never get a cent from any of my 8 holiday properties in the region again and I also try to pass on my fantastic experience to everyone....

  Visited the team at the Cairns store a few weeks ago and purchased a large 10 seat setting - to which I'm very happy with, I had issues with the brand down south but after finding they are all franchises I am pleased to say my experience at the Cairns store was pleasant, the store is well set out and I was served by two gentleman who were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell including the materials the furniture is manufactured with which Is what sets this stores product apart from anything else available in Cairns - Highly Reccomend

  Great customer service, Really know their product. Purchased $8500 Dining and Lounge Settings, as well as a few sunlounges, even came out to my property to have a look at when i wasn't able to assemble on my own.Don't see old fashioned service like that anymore. Keep up the good job. Thanks John and the team your were awesome.

  DO NOT BUY from this business!! There is NO 3 warranty, its all lies! They DISCONTINUE the wicker before the END of your warranty period, so if you do have problems with your purchase, ($7600) they can't, and WON"T help you!! I was treated so rudely by staff, and the owner is rude as well, and doesn't care, once they have your money, forget any further customer service! Read all the google reviews on TOFS, so many bad reviews! I also spent $7500, and asked for the $50 delivery to be given FOC, and got treated in the most rude and abrupt manner. Go to Harvey Norman, they stand behind the product they sell, and have much cheaper prices, and don't treat you like a leper if you have any problems.

  TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE - The owner was only too happy to help me with my endless questions without making me feel stupid. Bought my setting and very happy with it. Much better quality than Harvey Norman for sure.
