  I complained to Brother who, agreed to send a set to Grant at Evolve- that was 4 weeks ago.

  Given that a new set of inks cost more than I paid for the printer and in Brothers own terms and conditions they state that consumables are not covered by their warranty, I refused to supply a new set of ink.

  Service Manager Grant refused to begin work as Brothers service agent here in Cairns until I did supply inks, directing me to Evolves terms and conditions he sent me in an email.

  My printer won't recognise the replacement black cartridge I paid $65 for from Officeworks. I rang Brother customer care and after 30 minutes on the phone I was directed to contact my local Brother repair centre here in Cairns (Evolve).
