  Staff should also clean off the counters, pretty hard to figure out which one to place your goods at when they don't acknowledge you and there is product laying all over the counter which surprised me when she actually figured out which items were mine in all the clutter.

  Bought a battery charger which died after a few months and took it back expecting to have it sent away to be fixed but they replaced it right away without any hassle.

  Worst service I've ever received, lucky I knew what I wanted as the staff didnt seem to care minus a cheery hello from Jacob, to the point that when I got up to the counter, Rebecca was too busy having a chat to bother to look at me or even greet me, only to tell me the total of my sale while she continued to ask other staff about what she should buy herself. Not even a thanks.

  Fantastic staff here, friendly, knowledgeable, polite are super helpful. Prices are amazing, and the super cheap club where you get money back if prices change in 7 days is well worth it.
