  Receptionist was so rude, didn't even say hello when we walked in, didn't smile, terrible customer relations. Asked could someone look at our car and she immediately said it would be a few hours without even checking with the mechanics, we didn't wait, went to a lovely mechanic called Jeff at JR Automotive, he was so helpful.

  I took my car to two other so called 'experts' to fix my air con - nothing but high cost and the problem wasn't fixed. Williams Auto Electric located the problem immediately and was able to fix it quickly. Very knowledgeable, cost efficient and friendly service. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting honest and reliable service.

  With summer heat and sweaty humidity upon us, I booked my car into Williams Auto Electrics to check & service my air con unit. Fabulous attention from Aileen who booked me in and, Jamie had my air con humming under the watchful eye of the guru Don. Great job and great price... I'll be back.
