  Just to say thanks very much I just bought the new Amichi 125 scooter and the experience of buying it was so good.Just as good as riding the scooter. Greg gave me all the information i needed without being pushybefore i bought it. He explained all the warranty terms and conditions which i must say are pretty good& he went over the scooter with me from top to bottom to make me aware of everything. He said if i looked after it it would look after me (How true) I have been riding everywhere and saving heaps

  Have since been into the shop to see if his behavior was a one off & was disappointed to find that it wasn't. Stood around for many minutes before being gruffly asked what I wanted.

  Went to buy a new spark plug for my scooter i had the old one i my hand and showed it to him and he replied there is nothing wrong with that one. How he knew there was nothing wrong with it by just looking at it from a distance is beyond me. I replied thats ok i just wanted a new plug i will give my money to some one else and walked out. Went there another time he was sitting behind the counter doing nothing waited that long for him to look up and acknowledge that i was there i left without saying a word to him wouldn't go there or advise any body else to. I tried to put no star rating but you cant worst luck.

  While buying the scooter was an easy experience, I was very disappointed at the lack of assistance and service when I had problems. Booking in for service was difficult and I resorted to using an alternative motorcycle mechanic for servicing. The scooter ceased all function less than a year after purchase and any form of assistance or compensation was denied. Definitely not a satisfied customer.

  Extremely poor customer service on behalf of the business owner, even if he didn't want the job he could of at least offered me an alternative repairer to go to.

  Rang to ask for assistance in fixing my scooter. Explained that it was 8 yrs old but had only done 1300km's & that another servicing agent had tried to fix it but to no avail.
